Every day, we offer delicious vegetarian and organic meals, prepared as much as possible with fresh vegetables from our own garden or local products. We aim to create nourishing, varied, responsible, and affordable meals for everyone.
Our meals are made from products directly sourced from the land: seasonal vegetables grown in our gardens, cheese and yogurt made from the milk of our own goats, which we milk and process in our own dairy. We also make our own paneer from goat's milk. The bread we serve comes from our own bakery, where we carefully bake wholegrain and sourdough bread.
In composing our meals, we strive to find a balance between nutrition, variety, and sustainability. Our dishes are simple but prepared with great care, offering a responsible choice for those who wish to eat mindfully. Additionally, we ensure that the meals remain affordable so everyone can enjoy the best the season has to offer.
